The purpose of this paper is to determine the firm’s characteristics and capital structure SMEs registered in Indonesia. This study use panel data analysis for twenty-five firms over three years (2016-2018). samples were 25 Indonesian Pefindo25 index. determinants are expressed as a function size, tangible assets, current ratio, return on asset, growth. used pooled fixed effect estimate relationship between variables. result shows that Indonesia negatively affected by Registered have line with POT predictions.
